Mobile Clinic Coordinator

Your role
As the Mobile Clinic Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, logistics, and ensuring the smooth running of the mobile clinic’s activities. You will help manage the day-to-day operations of the bus, support the clinical team in the field, participate in outreach activities with families, and contribute to the development, collection, and transmission of data. Your role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the mobile clinic and providing families with a warm welcome and efficient services, marked by rigor and humanity.

Main responsibilities
- Plan clinic days (locations, schedules, equipment, coordination with partners)
Help manage bus-related needs (travel, supplies, maintenance) - Be present in the field to ensure that activities run smoothly and resolve operational issues
- Contribute to the development and updating of data collection tools (forms, logbooks, protocols)
- Collect, enter, and verify the quality of data generated by clinic activities
- Keep tracking tools up to date and transmit the information necessary for reporting
- Maintain regular contact with community partners and document needs observed in the field
- Collaborate and participate in outreach activities to meet with families
- Support the logistical and documentary preparation of meetings, reviews, and joint activities
Job requirements
- University degree in a relevant field (public health, nursing, social work, community intervention, administration, or other related field)
- Experience in project coordination, logistics, or field operations
- Proficiency with digital data entry and tracking tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in diverse and changing environments
Assets:
Bilingualism in French/English
Valid driver’s license (Class 5)
Knowledge of the Montreal community
